Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Insight Ace Consult LLP ("we", "us", "our") is the consulting practice of the InsightAce Analytic group, headquartered in Pune, India, with North America client support in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data collected through this website (insightaceconsult.com), and the rights available to you — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a form (a white-paper request, topic request, platform or demo request, or a general enquiry) we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business email, company, job title or role, phone number (optional), your stated purpose, the platforms or topics you select, and any message. We also collect limited technical data — your IP address, browser user-agent and the page you submitted from — for security and spam prevention. If you start a live chat or book a meeting, the third-party services in section 10 collect the information you provide to them.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the white paper or resource you requested (by email).
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss how we can help.
- To improve our resources and, with your consent, to send you related material. You can opt out at any time.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
3. Lawful basis / consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Where required under the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, we rely on your explicit consent.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that help us operate this website and follow up on your request, listed in section 5. Each acts on our instructions under its own terms and privacy notice. We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
5. Service providers (data processors)
We currently rely on the following providers, each processing only the data needed for its purpose:
- GoDaddy — website hosting and email delivery; stores form submissions on the hosting server and sends our notification emails. Primary location: USA.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 — website-usage analytics; loads only with your analytics consent. Location: USA.
- Tawk.to Inc. — live chat; loads only with your functional consent. Location: USA.
- Calendly LLC — meeting scheduling on our “Schedule an Analyst Call” page; loads only with your functional consent. Location: USA.
- Microsoft Corporation — internal notification of new enquiries to our team (Microsoft Teams), where enabled. Location: USA / EU.
6. International data transfers
We are based in India and serve clients internationally, and several providers above are located in the United States. Where your data is transferred across borders, we rely on those providers' contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and process it in line with the GDPR and the DPDP Act.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Enquiry and lead details (name, email, company, message): up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client records: where you engage us, for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual, accounting and legal obligations.
- Technical / security data (IP address, user-agent): up to 12 months.
- Consent records: for as long as needed to evidence the consent you gave.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
8. Security
Form submissions are stored outside the public area of our website and are accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected admin area. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, spam and abuse protection, and transport encryption (HTTPS) — to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant authority of any breach where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy of the data you provided; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@insightaceconsult.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority, and under the DPDP Act to raise grievances with our Grievance Officer (section 11).
10. Cookies, analytics & third-party services
On your first visit we show a consent banner where you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. You can change your choice at any time via Manage cookie preferences. Your choice is stored in your browser, and the website continues to function if you decline non-essential services.
We group cookies and services into these categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to work (for example, security and remembering your consent choice). Always on.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and performance. It loads only if you accept analytics. We configure it not to collect advertising identifiers, and we do not send your name, email address, company, phone number, message content or research requirements to Google Analytics.
- Functional / third-party services — these load only if you accept:
- Tawk.to provides our live chat. If you use the chat, information you supply through it is processed by Tawk.to to operate the conversation.
- Calendly provides meeting scheduling on our “Schedule an Analyst Call” page. Information you submit when scheduling (such as your name, email and any answers to scheduling questions) is processed by Calendly for appointment management.
These providers act as our service providers and process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Analytics and third-party services are not enabled on our temporary testing environment.
11. Grievance Officer (DPDP Act)
In line with India's DPDP Act, you can contact our Grievance Officer about how your personal data is handled:
